Electrostimulation – a gentle, drug-free pain relief solution
Electrostimulation relieves pain by sending mild electrical impulses to the nerves, which either block pain signals sent to the brain or trigger the release of endorphins. This naturally soothes menstrual and endometriosis pain in the lower abdomen and lumbar area.

What our users say
I use it to relieve menstrual cramps. I no longer take medication for this, and I’m very happy with it. Pain and spasms are quickly eased.
My only happy moment during an endo flare-up :(
With endometriosis, I have pelvic pain. Electrostimulation really helps me manage it.
I have chronic period pain; this reduces it and allows me to avoid painkillers – exactly what I was hoping for.
I bought it to calm my period pain. The app is great and very intuitive. Highly recommend this little wonder!

Common Questions
Any woman suffering from menstrual cramps or endometriosis pain, regardless of age. All programmes are created by healthcare professionals and are safe. You can also use the lower-back pain relief programmes if you are using Pinktens for pelvic floor rehabilitation, or any time back pain occurs.
Nothing could be easier! Get comfortable and plan for a calm activity of around 20 minutes (browse the blog or our Instagram, for example)
- Open the app and choose: periods pain / endometriosis / lower back pain
- Select a programme according to pain intensity and choose 20 / 40 / 60 minutes
- Place the electrodes as shown in the placement photo
- Start the programme and let Pinktens do the rest!
Our electrodes are high-quality and hypoallergenic to protect your skin. Rarely, a slight skin reaction or redness may appear under the electrode. This may indicate an allergic reaction (very rare) or that the electrode was placed over an irregularity (mole, spot, wound, cream or oil on the skin). Clean and dry the skin thoroughly, then move the electrode slightly.
At the first signs of period discomfort or early endometriosis symptoms – don’t wait for the pain to set in. If it’s already there, Pinktens will still help relieve it!
Do not use Pinktens, or seek medical advice first, in the following cases:
- You are pregnant
- You have a pacemaker
- You have type 2 diabetes with sensory impairment
- You have recurrent, undiagnosed pain
- You have metallic implants in your body (except dental fillings and IUDs)
- You gave birth less than 6–8 weeks ago and have not been medically cleared to start rehabilitation
- You have had recent pelvic floor surgery – seek your surgeon’s advice
