Gentle pain relief with electrical stimulation
Electrical stimulation sends gentle impulses to the nerves, which can block pain signals travelling to the brain or trigger the release of endorphins. This naturally eases pain felt in the pelvic and lower-back area. Important: TENS does not treat the underlying cause of endometriosis; it helps to relieve symptoms.

What our users say
My only happy moment during an endo flare-up :(
With endometriosis, I have pelvic pain. Electrostimulation really helps me manage it.
Excellent value for money. Completely satisfied after 3 weeks of use.
It’s a small investment, but it’s made a big difference to my day-to-day and let me pick up activities I’d put on hold.
I’ve lived with endometriosis for 8 years and the flare-ups were rough. I tried this TENS unit on a whim and now I can’t be without it lol. I love that I can use it discreetly at home or at the office. It’s not a miracle cure for endometriosis, but for managing pain spikes it’s been a game-changer.
First off, I love the colour! 😁 More seriously, it’s brilliant — it comes everywhere with me. Thanks so much for creating it!”

Common Questions
From the first signs of pelvic pain — often around a girl’s first period.
Nothing could be easier! Get comfortable and plan for a calm activity of around 20 minutes (browse the blog or our Instagram, for example)
- Open the app and choose: periods pain / endometriosis / lower back pain
- Select a programme according to pain intensity and choose 20 / 40 / 60 minutes
- Place the electrodes as shown in the placement photo
- Start the programme and let Pinktens do the rest!
Our electrodes are high-quality and hypoallergenic to protect your skin. Rarely, a slight skin reaction or redness may appear under the electrode. This may indicate an allergic reaction (very rare) or that the electrode was placed over an irregularity (mole, spot, wound, cream or oil on the skin). Clean and dry the skin thoroughly, then move the electrode slightly.
Use it as soon as you feel any discomfort or a little twinge coming on. And if the pain’s already there, Pinktens will help tackle it! The bonus of a small, lightweight, portable device is that you can use it anywhere, discreetly.
Do not use Pinktens, or seek medical advice first, in the following cases:
- You are pregnant
- You have a pacemaker
- You have type 2 diabetes with sensory impairment
- You have recurrent, undiagnosed pain
- You have metallic implants in your body (except dental fillings and IUDs)
- You gave birth less than 6–8 weeks ago and have not been medically cleared to start rehabilitation
- You have had recent pelvic floor surgery – seek your surgeon’s advice When in doubt, contact us!
